Shipping Policy

Vitalife Nutrition is committed to ensuring your PURE FOCUS orders are processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. Below is an outline of our shipping procedures and policies.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you by email in case of any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days.
  • We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
